The Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality (formerly OAS), SAMHSA, provides the on-line Substance Abuse Treatment Facility Locator as a source of information for persons seeking treatment for themselves or for someone else. The CBHSQ compiles the Locator from responses to its annual survey of treatment facilities, the National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment Services.
